I have been waiting all week on my new camera. I went with a Canon 30d. I had lenses and batteries from the Rebel (that I killed) that would work with it. So it seemed the thing to do. So the catch up pics are all made today with the new camera. Now mind you I have a lot of learning to do on everything this camera will do. BUT I must say I think I am in love.... It is so much faster than other cameras I have owned. I love the weight of it. My Rebel just felt to light with a zoom lens. Not this baby. It feels more balanced. I always felt with the Rebel that I was moving the camera because it was so light weight when I would push the shutter. Now don't get me wrong I got some great pics with the Rebel. But I wore out the shutter on it, after only 20,000 pics. Hope this one lasts longer. It's shutter is rated at 100,000. Keeping my fingers crossed.

One of my favorite angels out of many.
Fridge
Inside or out - what is your fridge like? What does it say about you? Show us!
It really doesn't say alot about me, more about my oldest daughter, on the outside.

Now on the inside this is my fav beverage at the moment.

Drawer
Have you a favourite drawer - be it messy or tidy? I have lots of the two! So show us
A drawer in my art area. It has just about anything I can cram in it.
Bedroom
Do you have a fave spot or piece of furniture in your bedroom? Show us what you got!
Excuse the fact that you can see the air conditioner. But it being there is one of the reasons I like this part of the bedroom. I also love the wicker chairs and tables. I makes for a quite nook to read in. See my gargoyle on the window ledge. There is a second one on the other side of the air conditioner.
Window
Choose your favourite window in your house. Show the whole window, the curtains and window decoration.
Not much to the window. But it is a window I can look out of from my desk or the couch. My turtle is on the ledge and out the window I can watch birds feeding and see my garden and pond.
